Background: SRCSD provides wastewater treatment service for roughly 1.3 million residents and business in the urbanized and unincorporated areas of Sacramento County and the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento and West Sacramento.
